Spending time outdoors can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing.

It can:

  • improve your mood
  • help to reduce anxiety
  • reduce feelings of stress and anger
  • help you take time out and feel more relaxed
  • improve your physical health
  • improve your confidence and self-esteem
  • help you be more active.

We are so fortunate to be surrounded by so many beautiful green spaces. Spend time outdoors, explore the local countryside and share photos of your escapades with us!
