This year has been a difficult year for everyone, some more than others. You never know what or how people are feeling so be kind. Help us to celebrate and make a difference by completing one of the challenges on this week’s grid. As well as earning yourself a CFP you could make a huge difference to someone’s mental health!
We can’t wait to see your acts of kindness whether it’s raising money for charity, checking up on an elderly relative or simply trying to understand the different mental health conditions. Be kind to yourself and be kind to others.
