Young Apprentice Winner visits RCS
Lord Sugar and now her Majesty the Queen… Ashleigh Porter-Exley won the final series of the BBC1 show the Young Apprentice!
She has been recognised as a Queen’s young leader for her work as Apprenticeship & Enterprise Ambassador for the UK , Ashleigh is an entrepreneur herself running a non-profit education business alongside her full-time role with TES.
We were lucky to have Ashleigh visit school to speak to Year 9 students about her journey so far; Ashleigh grew up and went to school in Rotherham and whilst been offered many global opportunities is really keen to work in her local area with schools to share her story and inspire young people to believe in themselves, work hard and follow their dreams.
It was a pleasure to welcome her to Rawmarsh Community School.
