A group of Year 8 girls beat 900 students from schools across Yorkshire, Humberside and Manchester to gain a place in the final of the Prince’s Trust Enterprise Challenge at the Leeds Marriot Hotel.
The girls pitched their sustainable enterprise idea, ‘Cradle & Co’ – recycling and reusing baby and children’s clothes to a panel of judges.
They were just 1 point off from winning £500 and the chance to turn their idea into reality.
The girls did a fantastic job representing Rawmarsh School and really enjoyed the event. Well done girls!
