Year 10 RCS Student Qualifies as an Air Cadet

Connor Hill (Y10) has qualified with a commendation as a Royal Airforce Cadet. He is part of Rotherham 218 Squadron and has demonstrated exceptional commitment and resilience.
 
He has recently passed his advanced marksman qualification and despite having asthma, Connor has worked tirelessly to improve at cross country events and athletic events, demonstrating his perseverance and willingness to push beyond his physical limits. He has excelled at radio operations showing his technical competence and represents the squadron at events.
 
Flight LT Wright has said of Connor, “Cadet Hill’s achievements are a testament to his unwavering commitment, resilience, and positive impact on the squadron. His determination serves as an inspiration to fellow cadets and reflects the core values of the Air Training Corps. His dedication embodies the spirit of excellence.”
