On Saturday, a talented group of RCS music students from Years 9, 10 and 11 were invited to perform at Rotherham Fire Station’s annual open day – a fantastic community event that brought people of all ages together for fun, celebration, and connection.
Throughout the day, our student delivered a brilliant programme of solo, duet and band performances. Covering a wide variety of musical styles, they performed with confidence and professionalism, all while receiving wonderful support from family, friends, and members of the public.
This event is an example of Wickersley Partnership Trust’s commitment to being an active part of the local community. By engaging in events like these, our students have the chance to share their passions and skills beyond the classroom, while building meaningful connections with the wider public.
We’re incredibly proud of all those involved. Your performances not only represented RCS brilliantly but also demonstrated how the arts can bring people together and make a positive impact in our community.
Well done to all the performers!
