As part of WPT’s Staff Wellbeing initiative, staff across RCS enjoyed a special pumpkin carving activity last night. The event provided a creative and engaging opportunity for colleagues to take a break from their daily routines, unwind and connect with their school teams in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
We recognise that our staff are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why supporting their wellbeing is a priority and initiatives like yesterday’s pumpkin carving help strengthen relationships within school teams, create positive workplace culture and encourage colleagues to step back for a little while to do something fun.
