We’re incredibly proud of Rafe, Y7, whose passion for musical theatre began at just four years old when he first discovered his love for acting. Since then, Rafe has continued to develop his talent and confidence on stage, impressing audiences and judges alike.
A highlight of his journey so far was winning R Factor at RCS, and his success continues to grow as he prepares to perform as Charlie Bucket in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at the Rotherham Civic Theatre this November. Rafe will be performing on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday matinee shows – an incredible achievement for such a dedicated young performer!
Rafe’s favourite musical is Matilda, and his advice for anyone interested in musical theatre is truly inspiring:
“Work on your own goals and believe in yourself. If you’re ever nervous, just smile and believe in yourself – others will too!”
