This week, RCS student Lee received a Young Carers Award at the Rotherham Safeguarding Awards.
This is an incredible achievement and honour for Lee, and the audience heard about the amazing support he gives his mum at home while caring for his younger sister, Destiny. What made the moment even more special was that, after the awards were presented, almost every adult in the room approached Lee and his mum to tell him how inspiring he is. Everyone across RCS and WPT are all unbelievably proud of the young man he has become.
