Yesterday was another super sunny day in Porto, the students trained at a different facility and participated in a double training session, both in the morning and afternoon. The students have been working incredibly hard in the heat, and us as staff were really impressed with the work ethic and intensity they showed throughout the day. We asked the Porto coaches to pick out some ‘trainers of the day’, they were especially impressed by X Gunn, S Da Cruz, J Kay, J Barlow, A Hull, A Hickling, B Brown, and R Astley.
We finished the night off with some bowling in the hotel, and after another round of room inspections everyone headed to bed to recharge, ready for another fun filled day!
