Year 8s Explore Alternative Energy Sources
Y8 Geography students had the opportunity to unlock their inner engineer as they explored alternative energy sources. Through an exciting narrative, students had to rise to the challenge of saving the day by utilising their practical engineering skills and finding a solution to help a group of young people in danger.

Anti-Bullying Ambassador Training
On Tuesday 5th July, nine students from RCS were invited to take part in the Anti-Bullying Ambassador training at Thrybergh, as part of the Diana Award. They learnt all about the different types of bullying behaviour, how to support others in school, and are now qualified Anti-Bullying Ambassadors.
DofE Silver Qualifying Expedition
Some of our Y10 students have just returned from their DofE Silver qualifying expedition. This took place in the Dark Peak with challenging routes around Ladybower, Hope Cross, South Head, and the Great Ridge.
