French Trip

Y8/9 have been practicing their French for three days in Warsy! We have visited a chocolate factory, seen how goat’s cheese is made and walked through the trenches at the battle of the Somme! When we were back at the castle, we tried frogs legs and snails, then sat by the campfire.

Y9 Geography Trip

Last week Y9 Geographers had the opportunity to put their classroom-taught theory into practice along the Holderness Coast. The students worked hard and rose to the challenge of completing off-site fieldwork, something extremely new to them. They also loved the bonus fish and chips!
