Last Wednesday, Y9 Spanish students at Rawmarsh Community School were treated to a play by Onatti Theatre Company. Students listened well and took part using Spanish they had learnt throughout Year 8 and 9. The play was performed entirely in Spanish.
Feedback from students was excellent, with some saying “it was amazing”, “100% funny, I would watch it again”, “it helped my general understanding of Spanish”, “really got people involved” and “muy guay” (very cool in Spanish).
The actors were supportive, and a number of students were asked up to the stage or asked questions in the audience. We look forward to welcoming Onatti back in the next school year for more Spanish and French plays.
